The mission of the Crestwood Women & Families Fund is to establish a grant-making fund for high-impact grants to address the issues and meet immediate needs of women and families in our community.  Not-for-profit organizations in our community who serve women and families will follow a formal process of applying for funds.  An Advisory Committee consisting of members of the Crestwood Women’s Advisory Council, Crestwood Medical Center employees, and volunteers will meet regularly to review applications and recommend grants to selected organizations.

Contributions to the Crestwood Women & Families Fund may be made through the Donate button on the left.

Please note that, unless otherwise indicated on the form or in the PayPal note field, the Community Foundation will provide your name and the amount of your donation to Crestwood for recognition and other benefits.

The 2014 grant recipients were recognized at a special ceremony at Crestwood Medical Center on September 30, 2014.  CLICK HERE for the press release.
