Community Conversations

Think strategically about our community's needs

We believe that when we take the time to talk to one another, we can more quickly develop solutions. That's why we gather key community influencers to discuss our community's most challenging issues and generate meaningful solutions for the areas of need that affect quality of life in our region.

Upcoming:

The goal of the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville's Community Conversations is to learn from the public about the gaps and barriers that exist and to also identify community priorities on important issues. The 2023 Women’s Philanthropy Society Grant's focus on economic empowerment continues our work of raising awareness of an important issue in our community. Using our community's feedback to inform our grant process, WPS awards a high-impact grant to an organization addressing these issues in a measurable and strategic way.

We believe that when we take the time to talk to one another, we can more quickly develop solutions. That's why we invite you to join in the discussion at our 2023 WPS Community Conversation. (Note: This event is not limited to WPS members; all interested in this topic are encouraged to attend.)
