Vital Signs is a report produced by the Community Foundation that takes a pulse on our community's quality of life across eight key areas. With a holistic view of quality of life, we can identify areas where we can and should be doing a better job.
Vital Signs data informs future grantmaking efforts of the Community Foundation and our fundholders to tackle challenging issues with measurable outcomes that "move the needle" on these metrics to improve quality of life in a meaningful way.
Please note that specific service populations such as animals, children, low/moderate-income individuals, racial or ethnic minorities, veterans, and women are not depicted in the quality of life framework as these groups receive quality of life services across many categories.
All data is sourced from published, publicly available sources, including the United States Census Bureau.
